The GoC (Government of Cameroon) has been making efforts to put in place some buildings for low income population. Despite the nearly 10.000 houses built in Douala, with a population estimated at more than 3 million people, demand for housing is a daily cry.
Many new companies are sprouting, recruiting young people, who then go out searching for where to stay. PECAR Complex, built on a 750 m2 surface area, is the solution and offers 10 apartments and 13 studios to medium wage earners.
